If you, or someone you know, feel you have experienced discrimination, harassment, or sexual violence, you can report your experience to the Office of Equal Opportunity (OEO) via email or our online report form. OEO can  answer your questions, provide information about supportive measures, and walk you through potential options for addressing your experience. We are available to meet virtually or in person. (Please note: your initial report can contain as much or as little detail as you feel comfortable with; we are happy to set up a meeting to discuss further. You do not need to have anything prepared to request a meeting with us.)

You can expect to receive a response within one week of submitting your report, typically via email. If you are submitting an anonymous report through our online portal, it is important that you follow up on that report by re-visiting the portal. When you submit your report, you will create a password and receive a “Report Key.” Be sure to write the key down and use it to log back into the portal about a week later. (To do so, click on “Follow up on a report” at the top of the page.) Through this portal, OEO can ask follow-up questions and gather additional information from you all while you maintain your anonymity. OEO can also set up a time to live chat with you anonymously through the portal so that we can learn more about your concerns and share information about what your options might be.

Thank you for reporting your concerns to OEO.
