Need to squeeze in a workout between classes or after work? At the Fitness Center, we have plenty of cardiovascular equipment, including stair steppers, treadmills, elliptical machines, bicycles, and rowers; strength training equipment and a variety of free weights; and a spacious exercise area for group classes. Amenities include showers with private dressing areas in the locker room.

The Fitness Center is just a short walk from campus at 52 Summer Street/Arch Street. The entrance door, labeled Emerson College, is on Arch Street, next to UDG restaurant. Please have your Emerson ID with you to scan in, and be sure to bring it upstairs with you when you go to the group fitness areas.
All community members who want to use the Fitness Center at 52 Summer Street will need to fill out a new membership form/waiver. This is mandatory and you will not be able to use the Fitness Center until it is complete.
Make a Workout Reservation (No Walk-Ins)
Reservations will be made on Emerson Spacebook only. You may make a reservation as early as 3 days in advance and the cut off is 1 hour before the time you are looking to workout. Cancellations or changes must be made at least two hours in advance. If you do not cancel and you no show, there is a “3 no shows” per semester policy. After three no shows, you will not be able to make reservations for the remainder of the semester.
