Library bulletin boards, in the third floor lobby, near the printers and copiers, and in library study rooms, are available for Emerson-related postings. In accordance with the Emerson College Campus Posting Policy, all hard copy postings by students and student organizations must have an official Student Engagement & Leadership (SEAL) approval stamp. Library staff will remove outdated or unstamped materials.
Posters, flyers, advertisements, and other materials are not permitted in other library areas, such as tables, chairs, bathrooms, or walls.
This policy ensures that the library remains a safe and uncluttered environment conducive to research and scholarship and free of extraneous notices that detract from the effectiveness of official library signage.
