Katey graduated from Northeastern University with a master’s degree in computer science after receiving a bachelor’s degree in linguistics from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. Katey's professional background is in disability services and digital media accessibility. Before coming to Emerson, she worked as an Assistive Technology Coordinator for the Disability Resource Center at Northeastern University. While not in front of a computer screen, she enjoys reading, cross-stitching, and napping with her dog.
