Christina Dent

Assist Dir,Teaching and Learning

Tina is currently leads the teaching and learning team at the Iwasaki library with information literacy initiatives across campus as well as assisting faculty, staff and students with their individual research needs. Tina has an MA in English literature from the University of Connecticut where she focused on literature of the Enlightenment, Modern American literature and World literature. She is particularly fond of researching obscure British women writers in the long eighteenth century. Tina also has an MFA in Creative Writing from Emerson College and has worked as a graduate writing and ELL tutor at the Lacerte Family Writing and Academic Research Center. She is also the Iwasaki Library's official cat lady and lives with five horrible, very spoiled cats.
