The Office of Corporate and Foundation Relations (C&FR) serves as the college-wide liaison to promote and strengthen strategic relationships with corporations and foundations in support of institutional priorities. Working across schools and departments, C&FR establishes linkages among college stakeholders whose interests and goals correspond with the college; building comprehensive, mutually beneficial, and sustainable relationships and partnerships.
C&FR activities positively impact students, faculty, curriculum, facilities and many other initiatives that contribute to the creative culture at Emerson. Examples of institutional donations from corporate and foundation partners include, but are not limited to, support for endowment, scholarships, capital, facilities, college-wide initiatives, curriculum enhancements, and approved priorities for academic or administrative departments.
Directed by the College’s strategic plan, the C&FR team is eager to assist its campus partners with identifying potential funding sources, developing and submitting proposals and grants, stewarding partnerships to ensure ongoing good relations, and the tracking and coordination of relationships and opportunities to maximize giving for the College.
