The TIDE Conference is an annual convening for young people in Greater Boston in grades 9–12. TIDE is a one-day gathering of leaders, artists, and change-makers organized and hosted by the Elma Lewis Center.

This event convenes young people who are working to create positive change in their communities in a space to share best practices, connect, and deepen relationships. Participants will learn from peer presenters from around Greater Boston including workshops, presentations, and performances.

Youth have powerful voices, and it was amazing to hear from a multitude of people throughout the day. I especially liked that the presentations were interactive, so the rooms built a safe community where everyone felt comfortable speaking and participating. The topics themselves were also extremely interesting — I really loved TIDE, and hope I am invited back to attend next year!
