Emerson College considers its library circulation records and other records identifying the names and usage patterns of library users ("library records") to be confidential in nature. Accordingly, Emerson will not disclose patrons' library records except pursuant to legal process, order, or subpoena required by state or federal law. Emerson College, however, may itself review library records in order to administer College policies and/or investigate alleged violations of College policies.
