Graduate Enrollment Checklist
Congratulations! Take a moment to celebrate and thank everyone who supported you.
Confirm Your Intention to Enroll Online
To confirm your enrollment online, log into the Application Portal and submit your nonrefundable enrollment deposit by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or electronic check.
If you do not intend to enroll at Emerson College, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, address, reason for not attending, and if attending another school, please indicate that choice.
Create your ECNET and eCommon Account
Once the Office of Graduate Admission receives your enrollment deposit, you will receive an email inviting you to create your ECNet and eCommon account.
After creating your account, you are provided with an Emerson College network account login (which we call ECNet) for accessing most electronic resources at Emerson College. With your ECNet account you can access your Emerson email account, personal web space, the Emerson College wireless network and other services.
Your Emerson email account is the College's official means of communication with you. If you would like to forward your ECmail to your personal account, visit our ECNet Services page. You are responsible for checking your account frequently for important reminders and notices from the College.
Visa and I-20 Form Information for International Students
To issue your Form I-20, we will need additional documents. View more information and download forms »
Submit Your Health Forms
Students should carefully read the Pre-Enrollment Health Requirements Policy. To begin classes, students must provide documentation of compliance with all health requirements to the Center for Health and Wellness by July 15 for fall enrollment and January 5 for spring enrollment. The Online Student Health Portal is now live and detailed instructions are available online.
Submit Your Official Final Transcript
Before matriculation to Emerson College, an official final college transcript is required which includes the degree, degree date, GPA and a seal/stamp with signature. The transcript or diploma must be an original, e-transcript or pdf directly from the school/vendor. An original may be received from the student in a sealed envelope stamped as “official” from the granting institution.
We accept international credit evaluations indicating the college degree, GPA, degree date and major. CSDCAS final transcript and degree information is also considered official. You cannot register for classes until we receive this transcript. The College reserves the right to rescind admission if a final transcript is not received. Please send official final transcripts to:
