Undergraduate Room & Board
Living on campus requires a residency requirement of at least two full academic years; room and board charges for this period are nonrefundable, even if the student moves out of the residence hall.
If a student believes extenuating circumstances warrant release from the housing contract and full payment obligation, he or she should appeal in writing to the Dean of Students Office.
Pro-rated room and board adjustments are made for students who file a withdrawal or leave of absence with the Registrar's Office before the end of the fifth week of a semester.
Board & Meal Plans
All students living on campus are required to purchase a campus meal plan. New on-campus students are automatically signed up for the Block plan. Students can change their meal plans during the first two weeks of classes.
Meal plans include Board Bucks, which students can spend in any campus dining facility or convenience store. Additional Board Bucks can be purchased at the Aramark office in the Little Building, 80 Boylston Street. Additional ECCash may be purchased online or at the Student Service Center, located on the first floor of the Little Building, 80 Boylston Street.
