
Who We Are
The CITL operates under the direction of Emerson College’s Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs. An advisory board composed of faculty and staff assists in the development of the CITL and advocates for its programming.

Karen came to Emerson as the founding director of the CITL in 2008. For over 20 years, she taught psychology. Then, in 2000, she began working in academic development.
Claude has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from St. Lawrence University. He has experience in the administrative work of his college’s residence life program and at a local domestic violence outreach agency.
