Test Score Waiver
This form allows graduate applicants to request a test score waiver for GRE, GMAT and/or TOEFL scores.
Waiver requests will be evaluated by the Graduate Admission staff within two weeks. If additional documentation is required, you will be notified by the Graduate Admission Office. Notifications of waiver acceptance will be delivered to the email address you indicate in the form below.
Applicants denied a test score waiver request will be required to submit their test scores by the application deadline in order to be considered for admission. View application deadlines.
Note: To expedite the evaluation process, it is best to have your official undergraduate and graduate transcripts in our office before completing the waiver. If you have not yet submitted your transcripts, you can send them to the following address:
