Peter Loge ’87, a Washington, D.C.-based communications and political strategist, received the 2011 Walter Littlefield Distinguished Speaker in Rhetoric and Communication Award on March 16.

Connor Award goes to head of Disney Music
Chris Montan, P ’10, president of Walt Disney Music, received the Joseph E. Connor Memorial Award from Emerson’s Phi Alpha Tau fraternity in a ceremony at the Cabaret on March 16.

Congrats to Prof. Tulasi Srinivas. She has been invited to be a fellow at the Kate Hamburger Kolles Center for the study of Religion at the Ruhr university Bochum. The KHK CERES is one of the clusters of excellence in scholarship in Germany. While there, she plans to finish her book on Hindu priests and globalization.
