ERA Awards Payment For Faculty/Staff
Thank you for attending the 2016 Emerson Recognition & Achievement Awards. We are excited to have you join us as we celebrate and honor the infinite achievements of the Emerson community.
WE RECOGNIZE YOU MAY BE MAKING ARRANGEMENTS FOR MORE THAN ONE FACULTY/STAFF MEMBER, BUT WE ASK YOU FILL OUT THIS FORM SEPARATELY FOR EACH FACULTY/STAFF MEMBER.
What You Will Need Before Securing Your ERA Award Ticket
- Online payments must be made with your departmental account number.
- Tickets are $25 per individual.
Deadline for Registration
- Online registration will continue through 11:59pm, Tuesday, April 5, 2016.
- After you register online you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
- If you do not receive an e-mail, please contact our office at 617-824-8637 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
- The confirmation you receive via e-mail serves as your official confirmation. We recommend you save this message and print a copy of it for your records.
- For logistical and security reasons, there will not be physical tickets provided for this event.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of this form. This email will serve as your ticket to the ERA Awards. Please present it at the registration tables on 5th floor of the Courtyard Marriott.
