Roxana D. Maiorescu-Murphy conducts research and consulting on global strategic communication and social media. Her work revolves predominantly around employee communication, organizational culture, diversity in the workplace, and crisis management. She published in peer-reviewed journals such as Public Relations Review, Journal of Communication Management, Clinics in Mother & Child Health, International Journal of Interdisciplinary Research, and Business Research Yearbook. She is the author of Diversity in Multinational Corporations (Routledge, 2016) and Corporate Diversity Communication Strategy:
An Insight into American MNCs’ Online Communities and Social Media Engagement
(Palgrave Macmillan, 2019/forthcoming). Roxana has served as an editorial board member for IGI Global (2017–2018) and CPQ Women and Child Health (2018–2019).
