The Assistant Vice President and Deputy General Counsel works with the General Counsel to manage the legal affairs of the College. Meredith began her legal career as an attorney at Boston intellectual property boutique Sunstein, where she became a partner in the litigation department, handling IP and complex business disputes. She went on to serve as Senior Litigation Counsel at global lighting and technology company Osram Sylvania, where she managed the company’s litigation in the Americas region.
Long active in the legal community, Meredith spent more than a decade on the Board of Directors of the Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts, including serving as President. She is a member of the National Association of College and University Attorneys, where she sits on the Membership and Members Services Committee. Meredith has held numerous leadership positions in the Boston Bar Association, and is currently on the Steering Committee of its College and University Law Section. She has been honored by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as both an Up and Coming Lawyer (2013) and as an In-House Leader in the Law (2019).
Meredith is a graduate of Brown University and Boston College Law School.
