Jodi oversees specialized academic support for students, including training graduate Academic Success Consultants. She also works with individual writers and learners, with a focus on students who are struggling academically. Before coming to Emerson, Jodi worked extensively in learning and writing centers at various colleges, and she directed education programs at a non-profit agency. She has over twenty years of experience at the college level developing academic success programs and coaching diverse groups of students in writing, study strategies, time management, and meta-cognition. She holds a B.A. from Boston University, an M.A. from Lesley University, and an M.F.A. from Emerson College.
