Jennifer Farrell

Jen is studying for a Doctor of Education degree at Northeastern University. She is a faculty member with The Department of Performing Arts and dance instructor with The Department of Professional Studies Pre-College program at Emerson. Presently, Jen teaches at Urbanity Dance Studio, Boston where her advanced level jazz class, JazzDanceBrunch provides support for 3LPlace--a community that empowers adults living with Autism and developmental disabilities. Jen's choreography includes: Boston Contemporary Dance Festival; New Balance Athletic Shoe, Inc. World Trade Show; City Performing Arts Center-Alvin Ailey Dance Camp; Peggy Ann at The Longy School of Music; and college productions of: Guys and Dolls, Merrily We Roll Along, Two Gentleman of Verona; Parade; Hair: The American Tribal Love-Rock Musical; Into the Woods and Anything Goes. She has taught dance at The Boston Conservatory, Suffolk University, M.I.T., Northern Essex Community College and College of The Holy Cross. She danced nationally and internationally for various sportswear companies including: Keds, Champion, PUMA and FILA. Jen also danced in shows opening for headliner entertainers Gregory Hines, Rita Moreno, Harry Connick Jr., The Pointer Sisters, and The B-52's.
