Haiyan is responsible for supporting Enterprise systems, including the Banner functional modules and Banner Document Management System (BDMS). She enjoys writing code to implement business processes for departments. Haiyan received her MS in Information Systems from Northeastern University and has a BA in English Language from Southwest University in Chongqing, China. Before coming to Emerson, she worked as a software developer at various companies such as Aspect, GE, and ISO. Haiyan loves hiking, making jiaozi (Chinese dumplings), and is currently mastering the Chinese Yo Yo with her daughter.
