His plays The Random Caruso and Academy Fight Song received multiple Independent Reviewers of New England (IRNE) nominations, including Best New Play. Awards include finalist for the Heideman prize at the Actor's Theatre of Louisville and two Best Screenplay awards at the Woods Hole Film Festival.

Andrew teaches Playwriting at Emerson College in Boston, MA. and lives in South Dartmouth, MA.
