Adam oversees the Help Desk and the Desktop Support Specialists at Emerson, and has spent over two decades in academic IT at Brandeis and at his alma mater, Emory University. His work with technology has run the gamut from traditional tech support to documentation to accessibility and instructional design. He’s an avid walker, sometimes making the 5.5-mile hike into work from Watertown, where he lives with his family and assorted animals. His interests include gaming (board and video), reading, and craft beers that aren’t IPAs. Coffee used to be an interest, but has now been elevated to a necessity.
