Please read important information pertaining to Emerson’s policy prohibiting power-based interpersonal violence (PBIV):

NOTE: Due to the new Title IX Regulations recently implemented by the U.S. Department of Education, Emerson’s Sexual Misconduct Policy and Processes are currently under review and will be modified effective August 14, 2020.
