If information revealed or discovered during an Administrative / Conduct Board Hearing or Resolution Panel indicates a separate potential violation(s) of the College’s Community Standards beyond the reported Community Standard violation(s) then being considered during the Administrative / Conduct Board Hearing or Resolution Panel, then the Associate Dean for Campus Life or designee, at their discretion, may either (1) suspend the Administrative / Conduct Board Hearing or Resolution Panel and consider both the pending alleged violation(s) and the newly discovered alleged violation(s) at a future time or (2) continue reviewing the pending alleged violation(s) at the current Administrative / Conduct Board Hearing or Resolution Panel and review the newly discovered potential violation(s) at a future Administrative / Conduct Board Hearing or Resolution Panel.
