Each unit within the College has at least one person who has been tasked with being familiar with records management policies and procedures, as well as being a liaison between the records management team and their coworkers.  The responsibility is tied to the position and not the specific person within it.  Other members of the department may reach out to the Departmental Records Officers (DROs) for assistance with records management matters.  If you are not sure who you DRO is, you may records_management [at] emerson.edu (contact the records management team) for more information.

DROs participate in bi-annual trainings related to records management, but can always contact the archives for individualized information and instruction.  Slides from recent trainings will be placed below in the coming months.
