Graduates who have had their Intent to Graduate accepted by the Registrar may Register to Participate in their in-person Commencement Ceremony at Fenway Park and receive three tickets: one for themselves, and two for guests. These three tickets make up one pod and it is expected that each pod will contain people from the same household.

To receive tickets you must register to participate. We will keep the Register to Participate form open past the April 11 deadline as long as we have the ability to fulfill ticket requests. Graduates should register as soon as possible. If you do not want to attend the ceremony, please select No to stop receiving reminder emails.

Every graduate who has registered to participate will receive a passcode for one pod of three tickets. These passcodes are being distributed by Emerson using direct email. In the same email you will receive a link to an Emerson at Red Sox Ticket Claim page where you will click the Claim Tickets button and enter your passcode.

Once you select your seats on the Red Sox site, you cannot look for different seats unless you clear your cart. Otherwise the system will tell you your passcode has been used. If you receive a passcode error, please clear your cache, and start again.

Students may choose Accessible Seats by checking a box on the Tickets Claim page.

Upon checkout graduates will be required to set up a redsox.com account including name, address, and email to enable contact tracing. Your tickets will then appear in the Ballpark App, but will not yet have a green health survey check mark approving entry. Graduates will be able to forward their tickets to a guest by providing the guest's email address.

On May 1, graduates and guests who received a forwarded ticket will receive an email from the Red Sox ticket office with their arrival time, which will be either 90, 60, or 30 minutes before the event, and a link to a health survey in the Ballpark App. The health survey must be taken on May 2, the day of the event. Once the health survey is completed for each ticket, the ticket will be marked with a green check mark and cleared for entry at Fenway Park.

Guests who do not have a smartphone are advised to arrive with someone in their pod who does. The smartphone holder can enter the health survey assigned to both tickets and scan both tickets at entry.

Graduates may also join a WAITLIST for one additional pod of three tickets. These tickets will be distributed using the same process as above. We WILL be able to fulfill requests for extra pods.
