Through this virtual experience, students, alumni, faculty and industry experts will gain insight to new ideas, and new connections with current and future leaders.

Wes Jackson hosts a chat with the iconic artist and entrepreneur to discuss her perspectives on the creative enterprises industry, as well as her recent ventures, Jones Road Beauty and Evolution_18.

Fashion, Leadership & Innovation (1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. EST)

Our panelists include:
Speakers will discuss how to sustain a career in a competitive industry that’s constantly changing, how to continue the shift towards more sustainable and innovative practices, and how to ensure that your work is making a positive impact and telling a story.

Following this session, Stephanie, April and Carmela will each host breakout discussions at 2pm.

Creative Culture Entrepreneurs (3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST)

Our panelists include:

  • Xavier “X” Jernigan, Head of Cultural Partnerships at Spotify
Panelists will address the influence of the creative culture in today’s entrepreneurs. The 21st century changed the rules of the game. If we look around, every day many belong to jobs that did not exist years ago or have developed something that influences our lives in shocking ways. They will address topics like diversity, how to make it in this century, and the importance of resisting fear in pursuit of creativity and ideas.

Following this session, Xavier, One9, and Barry will each host breakout discussions at 4 pm.
