Ploughshares Spring 2010 Issue

One of the country's finest literary magazines, Ploughshares is published three times a year by Emerson College. Each issue offers almost two hundred pages of great new stories and poems, guest-edited by a prominent writer who explores personal visions, aesthetics, and literary circles. Over the years, guest editors of Ploughshares have included Seamus Heaney, Derek Walcott, Rosellen Brown, Raymond Carver, Tobias Wolff, Sherman Alexie, Lorrie Moore, Yusef Komunyakaa, and Richard Ford. Guest editors have been the recipients of Nobel and Pulitzer prizes, National Book Awards, MacArthur and Guggenheim fellowships, and numerous other honors.

Redivider Volume 6

Redivider is a journal of new literature and art produced by the graduate students in the Department of Writing, Literature and Publishing at Emerson College. Published biannually, Redivider has featured original work by such established authors as George Singleton, Billy Collins, Robert Olen Butler, Bob Hicok, Steve Almond, Claudia Emerson, and Paul Muldoon, as well as interviews with Shelley Jackson, Kelly Link, Antonya Nelson, and Richard Russo, among others. All Emerson graduate students are encouraged to assist with the editing, production and distribution of the magazine.
