EDITING SUITES

Suites A, B and C are equipped with OS X and Macintosh G5’s with AVID Pro and Mojo boards plus Photoshop and After Effects. This makes the editing suites suitable for longer length upper-level projects for advanced students and graduate students.

  • Suite D is a new Avid Nitris 3.0 Suite, operating on a high-end Macintosh workstation.
  • Suite E is running Avid 2.8 on an Intel PC and has limited High Definition capability.
  • Suite F is reserved for advanced students doing complex new media projects requiring extensive memory and other special requirements. Fundamentally the same as the configuration of DPL 1, Suite F does allow student to work over extended periods of time with little interruption.
