Sexual Assault Policy

Emerson College does not tolerate sexual assault in any form. All forms of sexual assault are prohibited by the College’s Code of Conduct and are considered felonies in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Individuals who violate the law are subject to harsh penalties through a court of law and/or the campus discipline system.
