Senior Week Housing 2012

You may participate in Senior Week Housing if you are one of the following:

  • Currently enrolled in an External program and wish to return to the Boston area to participate in Commencement and/or Senior Week events
  • A December 2011 graduating senior who currently lives out of state, but wishes to return to the Boston area to participate in Commencement and/or Senior Week events

If you are graduating and currently live on campus, you should not fill out the Senior Week Housing documents, but instead should fill out the Extended Stay documents.  View more information about Extended Stay.

Timeline

Senior Week Housing is available from 6:00 pm on Sunday May 6, 2012, through 12:00 pm on Tuesday May 15, 2012.

Students approved to stay on campus for Senior Week should plan to arrive for check-in on Sunday May 6, 2012, between 6:00–8:00 pm. Students unable to arrive during this time will be able to check-in with the RA between 8:00–10:00 pm.

Costs

Senior Week costs $150, and the fee includes a $60 key/damage/cleaning deposit. This deposit will be credited back to your student account upon verification that keys have been returned, no damage has occurred, and the room/suite has been left in broom-clean condition.

A completed application will consist of completing the online application form and a receipt of payment. You must pay online with an electronic check or credit card by logging on to eCommon, clicking on the Student Services Tab, and going to the "Senior Week Housing" payment link.
