Senior Week Housing 2015

You may participate in Senior Week Housing if you are one of the following:

  • Currently enrolled in an External program and wish to return to the Boston area to participate in Commencement and/or Senior Week events
  • A December 2014 graduating senior who currently lives out of state, but wishes to return to the Boston area to participate in Commencement and/or Senior Week events

If you are graduating and currently live on campus, you do not have to pay for Senior Week, but should still fill out the Senior Week Housing documents.

Timeline

Senior Week Housing is available from 8:00 pm on Sunday May 10, 2015, through 12:00 pm on Tuesday May 19, 2015.

Students approved to stay on campus for Senior Week should plan to arrive for check-in on the following dates/times:

  • Sunday May 10, 2015, between 8:00–10:00 pm or
  • Monday May 11, 2015 between 9:00-11:00am.

Students unable to arrive during this time should contact the Office of Housing and Residence Life to discuss their travel plans.  Unfortunately arrivals before 8:00pm on Sunday May 10, 2015 cannot be accommodated.

Costs

Senior Week costs $150, and the fee includes a $60 key/damage/cleaning deposit. This deposit will be refunded back to the student upon verification that keys have been returned, no damage has occurred, and the room/suite has been left in broom-clean condition.
