Housing Selection Timeline
|January 27, 2014 - February 7, 2014||For Rising Juniors only: Rising Juniors who wish to participate in the Rising Junior Housing Lottery must submit a $300 deposit during this time|
|February 7, 2014||Residency Requirement exemption requests are due to OHRL. All students who would like to request an exemption for 2014-2015 must submit an exemption request, even those students who were previously granted an exemption|
|February 7, 2014||If you have a medical, psychological and/or physical condition that requires a specific housing accommodation, you must complete a "Food and Housing Contract Accommodation Packet" and submit to OHRL by this deadline.|

OHRL will send out emails to students' Emerson email addresses
Current off-campus students not under the residency requirement and Rising Seniors who are interested in housing can submit a $300 deposit through eCommon starting on this date.
Online housing application opens for students to submit if under the residency requirement (Rising Sophomores) or offered housing through the Rising Junior Housing Lottery or the Financial Appeals Process (Rising Juniors).

|February 28, 2014||Priority deadline to submit housing application by 11:59 pm EST|
|March 10, 2014||Financial Appeals Committee reviews requests and shares decisions with students.|

Final deadline to submit housing application
Deadline for Rising Juniors who entered lottery to decline housing without forfeiting their deposit.
|March 24, 2014||Emails to Emerson addresses are sent out regarding status in Suite, Learning Community, Gender Neutral Housing and/or Open Room Selection|
|March 26, 2014||Emails to Emerson addresses are sent out to those participating in Housing Selection indicating student's randomly chosen date and time to select his/her room.|
|April 1, 2014 - April 11, 2014||Housing Selection Process takes place.|
|August 1, 2014||All students must make sure his/her student account and health immunization records are in good standing as of this date, or risk losing housing and (for those under the residency requirement) enrollment in Emerson College.|
