| January 24, 2013 - February 10, 2013 | For Rising Juniors only: Rising Juniors who wish to participate in the Rising Junior Housing Lottery must submit a $300 deposit during this time |
| February 8, 2013 | Residency Requirement exemption requests are due to OHRL. All students who would like to request an exemption for 2013-2014 must submit an exemption request, even those students who were previously granted an exemption |

OHRL will send out emails to students' Emerson email addresses

| February 13, 2013 | Current off-campus students not under the residency requirement and Rising Seniors who are interested in housing can submit a $300 deposit through eCommon starting on this date. |
| February 13, 2013 - March 15, 2013 | Submit your online Housing Application if you are under the residency requirement (Rising Sophomores) or offered housing through the Rising Junior Housing Lottery or the Financial Appeals Process (Rising Juniors). (Priority deadline to submit your application by 9:00 am on Monday March 4, 2013) |
| February 8, 2013 | If you have a medical, psychological and/or physical condition that requires a specific housing accommodation, you must complete a "Food and Housing Contract Accommodation Packet" and submit to OHRL by this deadline. |
| February 27, 2013 | Deadline to submit Financial Appeal Request. |
| March 4, 2013 - March 8, 2013 | Financial Appeals Committee reviews requests and shares decisions with students. |
| March 25, 2013 | Emails to emerson.edu addresses are sent out regarding status in Suite, Learning Community, Gender Neutral Housing and/or Open Room Selection |
| March 27, 2013 | Emails to Emerson addresses are sent out to those participating in Housing Selection indicating student's randomly chosen date and time to select his/her room. |
| April 2, 2013 - April 12, 2013 | Housing Selection Process takes place. |
| August 1, 2013 | All students must make sure his/her student account and health immunization records are in good standing as of this date, or risk losing housing and (for those under the residency requirement) enrollment in Emerson College. |
