Did you know that most insurance companies provide a phone number to receive non-emergency health advice?
Experienced professionals are available 24/7 to offer you expert answers to your medical questions. Simply explain the situation, detail your symptoms, and their nurses will advise you whether you should see a healthcare provider, go to the emergency room, or care for yourself at home/school. If you don’t see your insurer listed below it is likely that they offer this service as well. To find out just check online or call the member service number on your health insurance ID card.
