Emerson College Family Weekend Registration
Online registration for Family Weekend 2016 is now closed.
However, you may register in person at the Family Weekend Welcome Center. The Welcome Center is located in the Beard Room on the second floor of the Little Building (80 Boylston Street). The Welcome Center will be open on Friday, October 21 from 12:00 - 7:00 pm and Saturday, October 22 from 9:00 - 4:00 pm. Tickets for the Shabbat Dinner, James and the Giant Peach and President's Breakfast will be available on a first come, first serve basis.
We are only able to accept cash or checks (made out to Emerson College) in person. There is an ATM located on the first floor of the Little Building.
What You Will Need Before Registering for Family Weekend:
Please have your student's Emerson College ID number ready when you register.
Online payments must be made with either a valid Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or webCheck.
Please speak with your student about Family Weekend before scheduling your travel accommodations and itinerary. This will ensure you and your student will enjoy your time in Boston and make the most of your Family Weekend experience!

Deadline for Registration
Online registration will continue through 11:59 pm, Tuesday, October 18. After that date, you may register in person at the Family Weekend Welcome Center, located in the Beard Room on the 2nd Floor of the LIttle Building (80 Boylston St.).
Non-Refundable Registration Fee
Early registration for Family Weekend is a non-refundable fee of $30 per family. The Early Registration deadline is 11:59 pm Friday, September 16.
Beginning Saturday, September 17, registration will increase to $40 per family.
This fee includes access to all free events throughout the weekend, in addition to your Family Weekend Welcome Packet.
Family Weekend is a self-funded event. Your registration fee covers the cost of overhead expenses, including publications, postage, registration materials, space and equipment rentals, and the non-ticketed events and activities offered during the weekend. Event fees are kept to a minimum; the weekend is designed to cover its costs.
Ticketed Family Weekend events will sell out. Orders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Traditional Shabbat Dinner - Bill Bordy Theater

Department of Performing Arts and Emerson Stage present the musical James and the Giant Peach- Paramount Mainstage
Saturday, October 22, 4:00 pm
And Saturday, October 22, 8:00 pm
The Department of Performing Arts and Emerson Stage bring Roald Dahl's classic children's book James and the Giant Peach to life in this exciting musical adventure. Tickets are $20 per person.
President's Breakfast - Park Plaza Ballroom
Sunday, October 23, Doors at 9:00 am, Program begins at 9:30 am
End your Family Weekend experience with our annual President's Breakfast. Enjoy a casual breakast buffet while joining Emerson College faculty, staff and students for a glimpse into the Emerson College experience.
When ordering tickets, be sure to include your Emerson College student. Everyone attending ticketed events must have a ticket.
Cancellations and Refunds
Once your Family Weekend registration has been completed and confirmed we are unable to guarantee any changes or additions can be made to your order. Also, we are unable to grant refunds or ticket exchanges.

The confirmation you receive via e-mail serves as your official confirmation. We recommend you save this message and print a copy of it for your records.
Ticket Pick Up
For security and logistical reasons, tickets purchased through the Emerson College Family Weekend online registration process will NOT be sent through the mail.
Tickets may be picked up at the Family Weekend Welcome Center throughout the weekend. The Welcome Center is located in the Beard Room on the 2nd floor of the Little Building (80 Boylston St.) and will be open from 12pm-7pm on Friday, October 21 and again from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm on Saturday, October 22.
We strongly recommend you check in for Family Weekend immediately following your arrival to Boston so you can participate in as many activities and events as possible.
If you cannot come to the Welcome Center, your student may check in for you and can pick up your tickets by presenting their student ID.

If you would prefer to register by mail, you may request a copy of the 2016 Family Weekend Registration form by emailing email@example.com.
Since there is an extremely high demand for tickets, submitting your registration by mail before the deadline does not guarantee tickets will be available at the time your request is received. We highly recommend registering via the online process.
