Mindfulness meditation is a practice of bringing gentle, present moment attention to sensations, thoughts, and emotions. The emphasis is on knowing our experience rather than working to change it. Practitioners can appreciate a range of benefits, from reduced stress to increased self-understaning to improved relationships.
These guided meditations are led by Harrison Blum, Buddhist teacher and Emerson's Director of Religious and Spiritual Life & Campus Chaplain. No experience needed, and all are welcome!
