Emerson College has retained Credentials Inc. to accept transcript orders over the Internet. If you do not have access to the Internet, call Credentials Inc. at 1.800.646.1858. To order transcripts online, please go to

All transcript orders MUST be submitted via the
online transcript request system.
Important Notices about Transcript Orders
- Effective September 1, 2005, all Emerson students, former students and alumni are entitled to a total of ten free transcripts per calendar year (January 1 - December 31). Emerson students, former students and alumni will be charged $1.00 for each transcript beyond the tenth transcript. This fee must be paid at the time the order is placed. There are no exceptions to this policy. The fee is being imposed due to increasing costs associated with processing the transcripts.
- Effective December 12, 2007, students are no longer required to enter their social security numbers to order a transcript. Students MUST enter either their correct Emerson ID or their social security number if the ID is not known. We strongly encourage students to enter both numbers to ensure the correct record is located.
- Can't remember your Emerson ID? Students who do not know their Emerson ID may follow these steps to retrieve it (please note that students who attended before 1982 do not have Emerson IDs):
Fax a written request to the Student Service Center at 617-824-8649 (emailed requests cannot be honored). Include in the request your:
