Public Affairs

The Office of Public Affairs coordinates Emerson's media relations and is responsible for the College's outbound communications, which includes press releases, the College's web-based news service, and Expression, a magazine for alumni and friends.

The Office of Web Services in Public Affairs administers the official College websites and helps departments develop content for their pages. The Creative Services Office  provides creative direction, visual design, copy-editing and print supervision for the development of informational and marketing materials.

As a college of communication, Emerson has a special interest in serving members of the news media, including our many alumni who work in all aspects of the industry. We are also committed to advancing the profession of journalism and the other communication disciplines. We invite reporters, editors and producers to visit this site often to find story ideas and to locate faculty experts who can help illuminate stories.
