Property Management

The Office of Property Management supports the educational and institutional activities of Emerson College and serves the College community through its oversight of the operation and condition of College properties.

The goal of Property Management is to monitor, anticipate and address operational and occupant issues, problems and needs, and provide maximum customer service in a manner which meets or exceeds established standards and expectations.

The Office of Property Management is a resource for those who reside at, work in, and visit the buildings and facilities that comprise the Emerson campus. Working in partnership with the Department of Public Safety, the Department of Facilities Management and other College offices, Property Management provides the coordination and communication necessary to the endeavors of its customers.
