IT Classroom Support Policy

Users having trouble with a computer in a classroom or lab should come by or call the IT Help Desk at 617-824-8080 to report the trouble. A member of the IT staff will be sent as soon as possible to provide support. If the technician is unable to provide a solution immediately, a service ticket will be placed and assigned to the Lab Operations or Media Services team to further troubleshoot the issue or provide temporary equipment to continue instruction.

It is our priority to determine the fastest solution to allow minimal disruption to class time so that users can continue working as quickly as possible.
