WELCOME PARENTS:
Emerson invites you to participate in the life of the College and organizes a number of events each year that are of particular interest to parents as well as students. These include fall and winter orientations for new students, a fall orientation for parents and families, a Family Weekend in October and the annual Commencement exercises in May.
Emerson College offers a special orientation program just for parents and families of new students. Designed to complement your student's orientation program, Parent Orientation will help you get better acquainted with the academic programs and services offered to your student and will address your questions and concerns. Parent Orientation is offered only during the fall orientation program and is free of charge.
Parents may also be interested in the hundreds of regularly scheduled student events that are held on campus throughout the year. These can be accessed from the e-campus web portal for students, faculty and staff. From this page you can also access official College announcements, weather advisories and other information that is prepared daily for the campus community.
