Off-Campus Student Services
Boston, Massachusetts is the largest city in New England and is continuously growing. More and more members of the population are students. As the student population continues to grow, so does the need for rental housing. Off-Campus Student Services is available to offer assistance in finding roommates and locating apartments.
Setting up a new home is never easy, especially if you are relocating from out of town, from across the country, or from overseas. There are many important factors involved when deciding where to live. We, at Emerson College, are glad you have chosen to study with us and we appreciate the hard work this choice may entail. This Web is designed to save you time and money.
While Emerson College does not endorse any specific realtors, roommate services, or companies, we can act as a starting point in your search . Good luck to you in the upcoming year!
Notification Program: "CONNECT-Ed"
If you haven't already done so we encourage each of you to take a moment now and visit www.emerson.edu/ens to complete the "CONNECT-Ed" emergency notification form that President Liebergott and Chief Noonan wrote to you about earlier. The process will only take you a minute or so.
While all of us at the College do not anticipate another 9/11 or Virginia Tech-like incident, it is extremely important that we have full participation in the College's new emergency notification program so we can convey crucial information to the community in the event of any emergency, whether it is a natural disaster like a hurricane or blizzard, a fire or any other occurrence that poses a threat to public safety.
Once an emergency message is written, the system can notify all participants by phone, email and text message in a matter of minutes. The information will only be used for emergency notification purposes and that the data will be secure and accessible only to authorized College personnel.
Thank you in advance for your prompt attention and cooperation.
