    Led by Ken Mattsson and Linda Miller, this workshop will deal with the challenges that international students face when putting together an American-style resume. As there are many different formats used around the world, we will talk about how to present your experience in a format that American employers expect, and how to phrase experiences that may make sense in your original job and culture but might be confusing here. Grammar and other language issues will also be discussed. Please bring any resume or CV that you may currently have.

    Cameron Salisbury, editor of the online journal on Transformative Works and Cultures (TWC), will be presenting a curated program of fan videos and leading a discussion about the study of fan culture.

    TWC is an international, peer-reviewed journal published by the Organization for Transformative Works. TWC publishes articles about transformative works, broadly conceived; articles about media studies; and articles about the fan community.
