Skoyles autobiographical novel reviewed by AP, Globe

John Skoyles, professor and associate chair of the Writing, Literature, and Publishing Department, has received several positive reviews for his recently released an autobiographical novel, A Moveable Famine (2014, The Permanent Press).

The book is described as a coming-of-age story as Skoyles traces his path as a writer that included brushes with literary icons, including Allen Ginsberg and Raymond Carver.
