Marshall nominated for PEN Literary Award

Associate Professor Megan Marshall of the Writing, Literature and Publishing Department is in the New York Times once again after her book Margaret Fuller: A New American Life (2013, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt) was nominated June 18 for a 2014 PEN Literary Award.

The PEN American Center in New York provides nearly $150,000 total in grants, awards, and fellowships for writers, editors, and translators.

Marshall won a Pulitzer Prize this year for Margaret Fuller.
