Kristin Lieb, associate professor in the Marketing Communication Department, was recently quoted in an article on about pop star Beyoncé and the risks associated wtih a “multivocality” approach—branding that speaks with multiple voices to multiple constituents. Lieb believes Beyoncé’s brand may be jeopardized by her assuming too many identities in her most recent album, Beyoncé.
