Gerzof Richard talks texting on NPR

Marketing Communication faculty member David Gerzof Richard shares his insight on why texting has dropped in popularity and if the trend will continue.

"Texting really is just about a 20-year-old technology, and we're talking about it declining already," Gerzof Richard says. "These are sort of the cycles that we're seeing in technology development."
