    Assistant Professor Benoit Denizet-Lewis is attending the Sundance Film Festival for the premiere of I Am Michael, a film starring James Franco based on a New York Times Magazine article Denizet-Lewis authored.

    A spec television commercial for Powerade that was produced last year by more than 40 Emerson students majoring in marketing or film recently received a Hatch Award from The Ad Club of Boston—recognizing an interesting outside-the-classroom collaboration.

    Kelsey Doherty ’14 Donovan Birch ’14, and Luke Fraser ’14, did a project for their sports communication class last spring advocating for the 2024 Olympics to come to Boston.

    For the first time ever, Emerson College has received the Community Engagement Classification from the Carnegie Foundation, which recognizes the College for its high level of commitment to civic and community engagement.
