Publishers Weekly highlights WLP grad program

Publishers Weekly highlights Emerson’s Writing, Literature & Publishing graduate program for its commitment to exposing students to the working industry.
The article notes in 2013, for the first time, WLP students had the opportunity to volunteer at BookExpo America (BEA), a leading book and author event. WLP Senior Electronic-Publisher-in-Residence John Rodzvilla states, “Even after securing a job post-graduation, it would probably be several years before a new employee would have the opportunity to attend BEA.”
The article also highlights the newly launched EmersonNEXT program, which give students a chance to visit publishing houses and literary agents.
