James DiSabatino '09 Featured on Food Network's The Great Food Truck Race

Alumnus James DiSabatino, who participated in the E3 Program with Karl Baehr while at Emerson, is a wildly successful entrepreneur. His grilled cheese food truck business, Roxy’s Grilled Cheese, has garnered devoted grilled cheese customers in Boston and surrounding areas since it began in March 2011.
Most recently, DiSabatino has been on the road with his partners, brother Mike and chef Marc Melanson, for the Food Network’s The Great Food Truck Race.
The show’s second season makes its debut Sunday, August 14, 10:00–11:00 pm.
