Students should note that the B.F.A. Program leaves limited opportunity for electives. It is strongly advised that students consult their academic advisor for detailed information on the required and elective coursework for the B.F.A. degree. Students are eligible to apply for entry to the B.F.A. program in their junior year. Admission to the B.F.A. is competitive. Students applying for the B.F.A. should have a minimum grade point average of 3.0, and should maintain at least a 3.0 grade point average to continue. Students with a GPA of less than 3.0 may appeal by petition to the B.F.A. committee.
