Submit your event or opportunity for VMA students
What would you like to submit?
Event or Opportunity
Please fill out the following form in its entirety (were applicable) if you would like your event or opportunity (short term gig, film festival, contest, scholarship) to be promoted to Emerson students. Please allow 2-3 businesses days for the listing to go live either on the VMA site, in the weekly e-mail blast, or on the Facebook page (as appropriate). Any Questions? Contact anna_feder@emerson.edu
Please be aware that if you would like your listing included in the weekly e-mail blast that goes out to over 1700 students, faculty and staff each Thursday, the posting needs to be submitted by noon on Wednesday.
Job or Internship
The best way to promote your job or internship is to post it on our online job/internship database, eHire. All Emerson students and alumni are eligible to use the system to search and apply for jobs and internships. Registration is simple and you may post your opportunities with Emerson for free.
STEP 1: Creating an Account
- Go to: https://www.myinterfase.com/emerson/employer.
- Select Click here to register!
- Fill in the required fields and click Submit.
STEP 2: Employer Approval Process
- Your employer account will be reviewed by a Career Services staff member.
- When your account is approved, you will receive an e-mail confirmation including a link to your account, as well as your username and password.
STEP 3: Posting Jobs and Internships
- Log-in to your employer account
- Place your cursor over My Jobs on your toolbar
- Click New Job
- Fill in the required fields. (NOTE: Fill in as many fields as possible. The more information you provide, the easier it is for students to find your listing.)
IMPORTANT: In the Job Description field, please be sure to indicate desired application deadlines. Your position will automatically remain posted for 30 days. You may, however, modify the expiration date to reflect your recruiting needs.
With your Emerson Hire account you can:
